Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received if damaged or defective upon arrival (manufacturing error, printing issues and such), Palmetto Coast Co. will offer a replacement order free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an Order has been sent to production the details can no longer be edited and the Order cannot be cancelled. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color, Palmetto Coast Co. is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The User is responsible for relaying the correct information upon checkout.
